AIDE

AI DRIVEN EFFICENCY

THE PHASED DEVELOPMENT PLAN

AIDE’s development follows a structured four-phase approach, ensuring a strategic rollout from concept to full-scale implementation. Each phase has been carefully costed and included in the financial forecasts, meaning no additional investment is anticipated beyond the initial funding.

Phase 1: Proof of Concept (POC)

The Proof of Concept (POC) is a market validation exercise designed to confirm demand, refine AIDE’s core use cases, and establish a data-backed investment case before product development begins. Conducted in collaboration with Reload, this phase ensures that AIDE is positioned for maximum adoption and long-term scalability.

Key objectives include:

  • Validating SME demand

through industry research, focus groups, and customer surveys to confirm the pain points AIDE will address.

  • Identifying high-impact AI automation use cases

by analysing SME workflows and inefficiencies.

  • Mapping integration priorities

with accounting, CRM, and compliance software to ensure seamless adoption.

  • Optimizing AIDE’s go-to-market strategy

by testing messaging, pricing sensitivity, and early adoption incentives.

  • Strengthening investor confidence

with structured market insights that validate assumptions and refine financial models

By the end of this phase, the successful tenderer will deliver a comprehensive market validation report, providing a clear roadmap for product development, investment confidence, and strategic go-to-market planning. A detailed description of this phase in contained within the Business Plan as Annex C.

Phase 2: Minimum Viable Product (MVP)

With insights from the POC, the next step is to develop an MVP (Minimum Viable Product)—a functional early version of AIDE that includes essential features, such as
  • AI-driven insights and automation

  • Core integrations with SME tools (e.g., accounting, CRM, and regulatory compliance tracking)

  • A streamlined user interface for accessibility

This phase will be tested with a select group of SMEs to gather real-world feedback, refine usability, and ensure AIDE meets market needs.

Phase 3: Pilot Program

The Pilot Phase will introduce AIDE to a broader set of real-world SMEs, allowing businesses to use the platform in live operational settings. The key focus will be on:
  • Validating AIDE’s effectiveness in streamlining operations

  • Fine-tuning automation and predictive analytics

  • Expanding industry-specific insights based on user feedback

The insights gained in this phase will ensure the platform is reliable, stable and meeting system expectations in order to move into a full scale build.

Phase 4: Full Build & Market Expansion

With a successful pilot completed, AIDE will move into full-scale development and market expansion. This phase will include
  • Scaling integrations

to support a wider range of SME tools and industries

  • Enhancing AI models

for deeper automation and more refined business recommendations

  • Executing the marketing and onboarding strategy

    to drive widespread SME adoption

Since all development, onboarding, and continued innovation have been factored into the financial plan, AIDE is positioned for seamless scaling without requiring further external funding
